All Saints Road, Newmarket

This was the renovation of a completely derelict pair of flats that had stood empty for 12 years. It involved complete renovation and partial rebuild to the rear. Once the works were complete it enhanced the area dramatically and provided valuable town centre accommodation.

Old Station Road, Newmarket

A change of use was obtained for this project from A1 Retail to A3 which now trades as a Vintage tea room. This consent also incuded a large rear extension to accommodate the kitchen and prep areas. On the upper storeys the existing three flats were fully renovated to provide town centre accommodation.

All Saints Road, Newmarket

This development involved the renovation of a former Public House into a 10 bedroom HMO (House in multiple occupation). The accommodation is on two levels and also includes two living rooms two kitchens and four bathrooms. The barn and outbuildings to the rear are currently being converted into three apartments.

Lynwood Developments project of new build housesBeck Row, Mildenhall, Suffolk

This development comprise of demolishing an existing cottage and constructing a detached property and a pair of semi-detached properties.

Located in close proximity to the Mildenhall air force base, the development responded directly to the rental demands for the area.

It was critical to work to a tight construction budget and develop quality dwellings with low maintenance and running costs for both occupants and owner.

Conversion of a large Edwardian house into nine 1 and 2 bedroom flats, the development responded to the rental demands of Newmarket town centre.

The brief dictated that the development was to be as economical as possible so that this translated into affordable rental rates for the occupants.

Good quality materials and detailing has ensured long term maintenance has been kept to a minimum whilst providing a desirable place to live for its residents.
